I think it is safe to say that most people feel the struggles of mental health creep in from time to time.

It was once described to me that depression & anxiety feels like walking into a lake. At first you step in and the water is shallow, but you are still able to step out and get back to shore with little effort. If you keep going, the water starts to rise and it becomes increasingly harder to get back to shore. If you go to far in, you may feel as though you do not have the strength to get back.

If you get to this point, always remember that you are stronger than you think.
